Authenticity & Quality
At BeUnique, every pair of trainers we supply is 100% authentic and individually hand-painted with care and attention to detail.
Hand-Painted Designs
As each pair is hand-painted, slight variations in colour, positioning and detail may occur. These natural differences make every pair unique.
Your finished trainers will closely resemble the advertised design, although minor variations are expected.
Orders & Personalisation
Please check your selected design, shoe size and delivery times before placing your order.
For Fully Personalised and Send In Your Own Shoes orders, design requirements will be agreed before production begins.
Once a personalised design has been approved, additional changes may incur extra charges or require a revised completion date.
Returns & Refunds
Each pair is individually hand-painted to order, so we’re unable to accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Please take a moment to confirm your size and chosen design before placing your order.
If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch. I’ll be happy to help and will do my best to resolve the issue.
Care Instructions
Our custom-painted trainers are finished with a professional protective sealer.
To help preserve the artwork:

Wear under normal walking conditions

Avoid sports and strenuous activities

Avoid excessive moisture and abrasive cleaning products

Clean gently using a soft, damp cloth with water only
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Production & Delivery
All trainers are individually prepared and painted after ordering.
